We know that the lesser the ingredients in your food, the easier it is for your body to digest and absorb it's nutrients. Not only is each of our product freshly baked but also contains no more than 4-6 ingredients from the list below.

Adding refined sugar into any of these healthy bakes, was NOT an option, so we have used fresh or dried local dates to add the sweetness. Too much of these is still bad so they're perfectly balanced in order to give you the taste minus the guilt, this keeps the over all carbohydrate content from sugars very low. Apart from being sweet they’ve got an impressive list of a whole lot of nutrients especially iron and potassium, they’re loaded with fibre and the antioxidant Vitamin A.
